Free rent re-appraisals + home sale valuation
A free market-rent re-appraisal as often as you choose (quarterly, every six months or yearly), and a free market valuation if you are thinking of selling. Valuations are estimates for reference only, not a guaranteed rent or sale price.
Online platform
Tenants submit repair requests with photos from their phone. Owners follow repairs, approve quotes and invoices, see the rent ledger online, and get reminded when a rent increase is due. Works in English and Chinese and installs on your phone’s home screen.
